Hello Nate, appreciate you looking into this / commenting. Are you saying it's
an authentication failure? The username and password were correct as I was able
to get past the login but failed right after. 

Furthermore if the username password combination was incorrect wouldn't it
simply re-display the sign in form?

Or you saying something else, like the application is mishandling the
credentials on a failure? Sorry if I misunderstood.
