Demonstration screenshot of mine (for `#c0`).

SUMMARY
-------

For me, `plasmawindowed` does not pad window decorations. Or, rather, it
renders the content of the window beneath them, since the scrollbar is
partially cut-off. You can see this in undermentioned screenshots.

This does not occur to another user with the same version of relevant
libraries.

that their installation does pad the windows correctly, and has provided visual
evidence of it.
