STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Discover app/center

OBSERVED RESULT
green update available notification at the top as written above
EXPECTED RESULT
I don't know but i updated thinking it was related to app packages - i removed
some of the sources (after update within the Discover center, (then did a sudo
apt update && sudo apt upgrade) such as:
