SUMMARY
when Colour Accuracy under Settings-Display & Monitors is set to "Prefer Colour
Accuracy" and the application launcher is opened and closed quickly either by
mouse left click or windows key from the keyboard the application launcher is
showing some rainbowy/black pixel artifact but if the Colour  Accuracy is set
to "Prefer Efficiency "  Opening/Closing the application launcher  is normal.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Application Launcher
2. Search Setting or Scroll to System
3. Go to System Settings 
4. Display & Monitors
5. Select Colour Accuracy
6. From the drop down select Prefer Colour Accuracy
7. Hit Apply
8. Open and close the application launcher quickly

OBSERVED RESULT
 rainbow and black pixel artifact when opening the Application Launcher

EXPECTED RESULT
 Normal Application Launcher
