openSUSE updated KDE Frameworks to 6.11 on Tumbleweed.

As is, the Removable Devices applet still displayed the Android as a Portable
Media Device and did not mount it. Although it opened a Dolphin window.

I was able to find and access the phone by selecting (in Dolphin):

* Network
* MTP Devices
* (my phone)
