strace as user and sudo

SUMMARY
inkscape crash when one tries to run as user, however inkscape works perfectlly
well when run as sudo.
Not affected desktops:
Hyprland
gnome
Inkscape 1.3.2 (1:1.3.2+202404261509+091e20ef0f)

    GLib version:     2.83.3
    GTK version:      3.24.48
    glibmm version:   2.66.7
    gtkmm version:    3.24.9
    libxml2 version:  2.9.14
    libxslt version:  1.1.35
    Cairo version:    1.18.2
    Pango version:    1.56.1
    HarfBuzz version: 10.2.0
    OS version:       Debian

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install
2. start Inscape from „normal” user account
3. Inscape crashes each time

OBSERVED RESULT
When inkscape going to be start in Plasma desktop enviroment as user, each time
crashes, during investigation been observed:
1. crashes on fresh user accound too.

Correct Inkscape start when:
1. started on plasma from as sudo level
2. on hyprland as normal user
3. on gnome as normal user

EXPECTED RESULT
each plasma user shall be able to start the inkscape program

Operating System: Debian 13
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.10.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2
Kernel Version: 6.12.13-amd64 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland

strace logs gathered from normal user and as sudo.
