I'll describe the situation like this: I move the Dolphin file manager to the
bottom of the screen. When I right-click on an empty area to open the context
menu, and as shown in the screenshot, when I hover over the '+ Create New'
menu, the submenus appear in an incorrect position. This issue occurs not only
for 'Create New' but for all menus that have submenus.
