KolourPaint, save reduced images

Linux Ubuntu with KolourPaint it would be nice if you could save the images you
have resized as small, because some cell phones save images too large.

When transferring images from your cell phone, you should be able to reduce the
size, which works, but you can't save the reduction as a finished image, only
the original size. But I can't use the original size in my science forum.

Moving to wishlist priority as it is a feature request.
