The problem occurs at the time of the download itself. Something is changing
the layouts to a specific configuration.

I turn on the PC, then at the moment of entering the password I go to tty and
there I look at the /home/liberty/.config/kxkbrc file.

He's fine. There are all the necessary layouts.

But after I enter the password and log in, the kxkbrc file is reset.
