SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open default applications 
2. Select the file associations for a file type (eg PNGs)
3. See that not every program in the list appears in the open with menu

OBSERVED RESULT

Every program in the file associations list should appear in the open with menu
when right clicking the file

Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora Linux 42 KDE edition
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.17.0
Qt Version: 6.9.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
When you add a new program in the file associatione s another seemingly random
program will disappear from the open with menu.
This is my first bug report here so sorry if I made a mistake or omitted
important information.
