SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start the computer (Trixie) in wayland mode
2. start the program "ding" 
3. copy a word you want to be translated by ding and try to paste it in the
input field of ding
4. nothing happens


OBSERVED RESULT
The copied text can' t be pasted, but if you fill the field manually by
keyboard you get a translation.

EXPECTED RESULT
Copy a text and paste it should be possible.
A marked text should appear automatically in the input field.

Windows: 
macOS: 
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma: Trixie

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

In X-server mode it works as expected.
