SUMMARY
Default file location for login screen when loading image defaults to documents
and no way to change default location.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open login screen.
2. Click change background.
3.  Load from file.

OBSERVED RESULT
Opens to Document folder

EXPECTED RESULT
Opens to Pictures or can be set to custom folder where background images are
stored.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 42
