I can reproduce with NVIDIA graphics driver 570.144, Qt 6.9 and Filelight
25.04.0 on Fedora KDE 42. 

For what it's worth, I don't *think* that the "Created graphical object was not
placed in the graphics scene" log messages are related:

The fact that:
* The chart shows up as normal with the Flatpak, using Qt 6.8
* The chart shows up as normal when run with QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb
* The chart shows up as normal on my wife's AMD-only laptop

Would lead me to guess that this is a Qt 6.9 + NVIDIA + Wayland upstream
issue...but I don't know how to diagnose where that is, or if there's something
that needs adapted in the Filelight code.
