Albanian language is not shown (you can't even scroll to see it).

SUMMARY

It is buggy when you go to any KDE apps like gwenview and Konsole etc, then
click on "Open Menu" -> "Settings" -> "Configure Language..." then click on the
language selector menu beside Primary/fallback labels. Try to scroll, it won't,
you need to close the menu by clicking anywhere else then clicking on it again,
it will scroll, but there's a second issue too.

2nd issue, doesn't show the whole language list, see image attached. You can't
even see the full language list even after figure your way through buggy
scroll. It is not related screen zoom level (125% or whatever).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any KDE app like gwenview or Konsole
2. click on "Open Menu"
3. "Settings
4. "Configure Language..."
5. then click on the language selector menu beside Primary/fallback labels

OBSERVED RESULT

Try to scroll, it won't, you need to close the menu by clicking anywhere else
then clicking on it again, it will scroll.

EXPECTED RESULT

language selector menu scrollable, and showing the full list.
