SUMMARY
I have an LG monitor that uses HDMI, I have a Best Buy essentials HDMI cable,
no graphical glitches on Windows or on Linux on my laptop display. My laptop
has a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Mobile / Max-Q Refresh dGPU

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Graphical glitches all across the display

No graphical glitches
