SUMMARY
try to uninstall from app launcher, and terminal (whereis finds it, apt
krdpserver

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Evidently you just have to look at the thing in the settings menu, then this
happens. I thought I got hacked.
2. https://discuss.kde.org/t/remove-or-disable-krdpserver-in-plasma-6-1/17878/9
is the link I used to figure out that it isn't just me.
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
Stays doing what it wants through thick, and thin. Regardless of what I do to
turn it off.

EXPECTED RESULT
Stay in it's room until it's called!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It presents itself as a possible threat. Why else can one not turn it off?
