Can reproduce on master.

It happens when the list of suggestions is too large to show below the input
field, then is narrowed down by further input. It does not happen with lots of
screen space below the file picker. Not sure what a good way to handle this is,
as yet more input may cause the list to grow again, and having the location of
completions jump around wildly also seems less than optimal.
