Thanks for the bug report! With KF6/Plasma 6, flag icons are no longer provided
by KDE but instead taken from the configured Emoji font. The default font in
most setups (Noto Color Emoji) provides a dedicated flag for the Cocos
(Keeling) Islands, so it should now work correctly out of the box. If it does
not on your system, install an appropriate Emoji font, or file a bug with the
Emoji font provider in case you are using a different one.
