STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In the File menu, open the menu entry "Open Location"

OBSERVED RESULT:

Nothing happens, neither within the main Falkon window like putting the focus
onto the address bar, nor any external dialog window is displayed where one
could enter any kind of URL.

EXPECTED RESULT:

An external dialog window gets displayed where one could enter any kind of URL.
