SUMMARY

Modifying screen brightness using brightnessctl isn't reflected in Plasma.
Plasma brightness is no longer synchronized with the actual screen brightness.
This bug started when upgrading to plasma 6.2.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set screen brightness to 20% using plasma widget
2. Modify brightness using `brightnessctl set 80%`
3. Screen brightness is correctly changed to 80%

OBSERVED RESULT

1. Widget still show 20% brightness
2. Updating brightness with keyboard shortcut is calculated on the wrong value
of 20% 

EXPECTED RESULT

1. Widget should show 80% brightness
2. Updating brightness with keyboard shortcut should be calculated on 80%
