SUMMARY
I have a pair of Bose QC35 II bluetooth headphones paired to my computer, which
is running Plasma 6.2.1 on Arch Linux (EndeavourOS).
On Linux 6.11.3 and prior, the headphones would connect automatically when
turned on, but after upgrading to 6.11.4 they don't. To work around this, I
need to open bluetooth settings and manually click Connect on the headphones. I
need to do this each time the headphones are disconnected, which includes
turning them off or rebooting.
I haven't changed any other packages: downgrading only Linux from 6.11.4 to
6.11.3 resolves the issue.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Be on Linux 6.11.4
2. Turn on paired bluetooth headphones
OBSERVED RESULT
The paired bluetooth headphones do not automatically connect to the computer
when turned on.
EXPECTED RESULT
The paired bluetooth headphones automatically connect to the computer when
turned on.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: EndeavourOS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.7.0
Qt Version: 6.8.0
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I'm using the Wayland session.
