Thanks for your information, I did not know that, but it works, this way of
turning off the Sidebar again ;-) 

I guess a typical user would do that this way first if he/she knows about this
way of turning off the Sidebar again.

Well, I think it is up to the main Falkon developer if he wants to implement
this, let me call it a feature request which my issue report represents here.
