SUMMARY
Drop-down list in combo boxes is always drawn with light background, and with
light fond when using a drak theme, making the list unreadable.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch to a dark color theme (Breeze Dark here).
2. Open a page with the <select> element with options.
3. Click the <select> element to see the list of options.
OBSERVED RESULT
The list of options is rendered with a light font on a light background.
EXPECTED RESULT
Light font on a dark background.
