The output volume stays the same for me, but the input microphone volume always
changes to 100% on reboot / relogin or
`systemctl restart --user pipewire` or `systemctl restart --user wireplumber`
using
pipewire 2.1.6
wireplumber 0.5.5
Fedora 41 / Tumbleweed with Plasma 6.2.3
