STEPS TO REPRODUCE

 the icons only task manager is Not auto hiding on the main monitor, but does
when the panel is moved to a secondary window.

OBSERVED RESULT
task manager remains fixed and does not hide

EXPECTED RESULT
task manager to hide

Garuda Linux BirdOfPrey Soaring x86_64
Kernel: Linux 6.9.2-zen1-1-zen
DE: KDE Plasma 6.0.5
WM: KWin (X11)

Tried too report on bug 478797 and was told to create a new bug report
