SUMMARY
Plasma should not merely utilize the USB ID to identify whether a device is
accessible, but test whether it can be accessed by MTP first, before presenting
that option to the user.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect:
* An AOSP device in initial charge reporting state; or:
* A Plasma Mobile (postmarketOS) device.
2. Open it via the "Disks & Devices" plasmoid.
OBSERVED RESULT
An error dialogue window appears.
EXPECTED RESULT
The plasmoid shouldn't present the device as possessing accessible storage.
