This is a very creative use case. Unfortunately you've managed to trigger
multiple known virtually unfixable issues. nAws such, this isn't feasible for
us to fix in our code, sorry.

The best I can offer is a recommendation on how to proceed in the future:
perform the conversion locally and then copy the output file to the remote
server later--preferably after connecting to it in Dolphin which will use
kio-fuse, rather than using a manual sshfs mount.
