STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. im not sure how it happens. 
2. if you try set the volume at 55 or 60. it goes back to 40.
3. happens after every reboot. 

OBSERVED RESULT
expects volume reset 

EXPECTED RESULT
hoping it gets notice at least.
