STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on top menu bar of any desktop application not on leftmost
screen
2.

OBSERVED RESULT
Right-click Menu appears on left-most screen regardless of which screen started

EXPECTED RESULT
Right-click Menu should appear right under the mouse cursor
