Sometimes the microphone icon disappears from the bottom panel and the
notification about turning on and off the microphone, sound, language change
flies to the upper left corner of the monitor.

There should be a microphone icon next to the speaker icon at the bottom.

For more information, see the video. I did not find out what this is related
to.

After the reboot, everything works fine.
