SUMMARY

I'm not sure about the others, but I use quite a few Dolphin Services on a
daily basis, and there are times when I need to add more. During those periods,
it is possible that some of them would be added to the lower part or upper part
of the context menu, but what if I want to re-arrange the context menu items
depending on how much I use them?

Like, the top part would be the most frequently used, and the lower part are
the ones not frequently used, but still used daily or something like that.

In addition, I think adding the ability to Split Dolphin horizontally would
also be nice.

No biggie, tho. 

I'm just taking a shot.
