SUMMARY
I can't set webp files as my wallpaper on Plasma 6. It was possible on Plasma
5.26 and 5.27


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to the wallpaper settings 
2. Choose Wallpaper type Image
3. Click the Add button

OBSERVED RESULT

The user can't choose a webp file as wallpaper.

EXPECTED RESULT

The user was able to choose a webp file as wallpaper in earlier Plasma
versions. It is still possible to get animated wallpapers with gif file type so
I suspect somebody just messed up the allowed file type extensions.
