Emojis are not displayed in saved network names anymore. Instead, UTF code is
shown.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Connect to network with emoji in the name e.g. "🚀"
2. After connecting, network will show as "\360\237\232\200" both in Connection
widged and in Connections section in Systems Settings


EXPECTED RESULT
Connection name should be the same as SSID
