On the left, we have the battery and power widget that as observed after
reboot, while the widget on the right has just been placed.
SUMMARY
"power and battery" widget complains of issues upon login, but has no issues if
just placed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Preferably with a laptop, place a "power and battery" widget on the desktop.
2. Reboot the computer.
3. Login.
4. Observe that power profiles/battery indicator is lacking in the "power and
battery" widget.
5. Repeat if bug does not occur.
6. Place a fresh "power and battery" widget beside.
7. Observe it differs from the old, first "power and battery" widget.
OBSERVED RESULT
A newly added widget has no issues whereas a widget that was placed prior to
reboot has issues.
EXPECTED RESULT
The act of rebooting to not cause race conditions for the widget upon login.
