Hi, In KDEnlive I need a way to add the file's original date AND time of
record. For example I got a video back in 2018.01.08, starting at 08:34:36 and
currently there's no way to do this with any of the effects... #timeframe# just
simply counts from 00:00:00 as the video starts.. and filedate or whats that
called only reads the file's modification date, but not the H:M:S..

Need a way to add custom start dates, so the dynamic text will start from a
specific fixated time, that the user inputs
