SUMMARY
Within an XWayland application, if I use `Ctrl + C` or some menu command for
"copy text", I can paste that only within XWayland. Wayland applications never
see that copied value. There I can only ever paste what I copied from a Wayland
application.

Conversely, I can always copy in a Wayland application and paste to any
XWayland application.

Applications copied from:
- Steam
- Discord
- Obisidan
- 010Editor
- IDA

Applications I expected to paste to/see the value:
- Klipper
- `qdbus6 org.kde.KWin /KWin org.kde.KWin.showDebugConsole`
- Firefox
- Wezterm

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an XWayland application
2. Copy some text
3. Focus a Wayland application and paste

OBSERVED RESULT
Cannot copy from XWayland to Wayland

EXPECTED RESULT
Copy and paste should work from any application to any application.
