SUMMARY
Whenever "Breeze Dark" is selected in "Quick Settings" all sites that provide a
dark mode and honor the user's system/device setting should render in dark
mode.
Or if this selection is perceived as applying strictly to window chrome in
Plasma, a new choice should be provided to the user to explicitly offer "light"
and "dark" themes for reporting to any browsers -- but given this choice
already exists in the settings UI it should be logically extended so it's
reported to any browser in use under Plasma.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Under Quick Settings -- System Settings choose "Breeze Dark" and click
"Apply"
OBSERVED RESULT
Visit any site for which your user preferences have been set to follow the
system/device settings for light/dark mode and which provides a dark mode, and
you will see the site rendered in light mode.
EXPECTED RESULT
Visit any site for which your user preferences have been set to follow the
system/device settings for light/dark mode and which provides a dark mode, and
you should see that site rendered in dark mode.
