Did you delete and undo your panel in edit mode? If yes, then it's already
fixed in 6.1.2

You can fix your panel by following these steps:
1. Right click on desktop and select "Enter Edit Mode"
2. In the Edit Mode, right click on the panel and select "Show Panel
Configuration"
3. Click "Done" in the Panel Preferences window

This should resolve the issue for you
