1.  run `./kdesrc-build --initial-setup`

OBSERVED RESULT
Only a few distro-centric ini files in kdesrc-build/data/pkg. 

EXPECTED RESULT
No error messages

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
`touch data/pkg/linux.ini` cleared the error message. I checked a couple of
distro-centric ini files; everything therein is already installed.
