You can change your name and email from Preferences:
https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=account
It's not possible to hide your name or email in case a developer needs to
contact you regarding a bug report. You are free to leave the real name field
blank and use a throwaway (but not disposable) email address if you wish to
remain anonymous.
