No messing with Dbus manually, Tokodon needs to be built with KUnifiedPush
installed and then it's all done auto-magically. You can also see the push
notification status using the KUnifiedPush settings in System Settings (called
"Push Notifications")

The only gotcha is that you usually need to log out and log back in for Tokodon
to request the push notification permission, but Tokodon should warn you of
such.
