I d&d some files in Dolphin from the android phone (via MTP) and by mistake
selected Move operation instead of copy, so I stopped the operation in the
progress notification popup. This resulted in 0 byte files on the PC while the
files from the phone were deleted with no (easy or at all) way to recover them.
