As of now, there is now way, if there is a way to find or know there is a new
notification. Need to go manually, and check what's new by remembering what's
the last one we saw.

Would be better if the number of unread notifications is shown as a number in
bubble alongside in Sidebar. Also when going to that section, unread ones
should be highlighted.

Also integrate notifications from the Server admins like Mastodon Web App shown
whenever we Login.

These are some great improvements to Tokodon.
