This is intentionally removed for 6.1. See
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/merge_requests/3823 for
related discussion.

You may need to contact your distribution to figure out why you are getting the
6.1 dev branch instead of the RC release for 6.0 though.
