SUMMARY

Transform to change size and position look fine in the output monitor window,
but results in a blank screen (with audio) when the file is rendered. If I
delete the transform the render works properly. Sometimes if I recreate the
project and apply transform it will then work.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Apply transform to clip. 
2. render 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
no video output in rendered file. audio is okay.
