SUMMARY
Webrtc will continue to work after selecting no webrtc option. I have even
tried disabling webrtc in the config file and it says its off and it is not. I
have not found a way to turn off webrtc for Falkon.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go into preferences 
2. Tick disable Webrtc
3. Apply changes

OBSERVED RESULT
Goto www.doileak.com select classic test goto webrtc section and see real ip
revealed through webrtc. It makes no difference if you use a tor proxy your
real ip will leak through webrtc.

EXPECTED RESULT
Webrtc to be disabled.
