SUMMARY
Audio hum during and after (for about 15 seconds) any audio playback.

I've been experiencing this issue for about 3 weeks. I wasn't sure if this was
a KDE issue until I started noticing it while using KDE apps and not playing
any audio or video. For example when using Krusader, if I right click on a file
and press [delete], I get audio hum for 15 seconds.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Play audio from any source including video playback.

OBSERVED RESULT
I can hear audio hum during the quiet parts of the audio playback as well as
for a short time after I pause audio/video (for about 15 seconds).

EXPECTED RESULT
No hum.
