Can basically reproduce. The issue is that after deleting something from the
sidebar, it doesn't update visually to reflect the removed item. This doesn't
inherently result in data loss, but it does increase the risk of it for people
who aren't paying attention. Definitely worth fixing, but reducing the
severity.
