SUMMARY
Pretty much the title here; see additional information

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch to wayland
2. Scale 1440p monitor to 130%
3. Observe blurrines on a 1080p monitor that is not scaled at all.

OBSERVED RESULT
The 1080p monitors have blurry text

EXPECTED RESULT
The 1080p monitors should have crisp text, as when the 1440p monitor is scaled
to 100%

Operating System: Arch Linux

KDE Frameworks Version: 6.4.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2
Kernel Version: 6.10.3-zen1-2-zen (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 24 × AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor
Memory: 62.7 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Unfortunately, this portal only allows me to add a single attachment. So, I had
to zip it. Here's the overview of the contents:
display_layout.png: Layout of my displays
100scale.png: How the text looks on my 1080p monitor when the 1440p monitor is
not scaled.
130scale.png: How the text looks on my 1080p monitor when the 1440p monitor is
scaled to 130%.
x11.png: How the text looks on my 1080p monitor when on X11. (X11 has no
per-monitor scaling, which is probably why it looks the same as 100scale.png)

You have to zoom in to see the difference between 100% and 130% on the pictures
I provided.

While this might seem nitpicky, it makes smaller text very hard to read to the
point that I have to use 100% scaling on my 1440p monitor to evade this.
