SUMMARY
Could not find the system's available locales using the localectl tool.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Bazzite
2. Try to add a language (in my case japanese) under english (or above)
3. Get message above

OBSERVED RESULT
Could not find the system's available locales using the localectl tool. Please

Being able to read japanese text in games
